Delivery

I currently deliver within the UK only, using Royal Mail.

Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Delivery times depend on the Royal Mail service used and may occasionally be affected by postal delays.

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Please email hello@universoul.world to arrange this.

Once you've notified me, please return your item within 14 days. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Eligible refunds include the original standard delivery charge.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch and I'll help resolve the issue, including arranging return postage where necessary.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order before it's dispatched, please get in touch as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to return it under the returns policy above.

Packaging

I aim to make sure that all of the packaging used is as eco-friendly as possible. I may repurpose shipping materials.

Product care

To preserve your piece’s beauty and energy, store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Treat it with love and care - these are more than just objects.
